Jen attended Pivot Point and Aveda, graduating in 1999. Her specialties include color corrections, extensions, highlights, balayage, custom color, cuts and trims, keratin treatments, smoothing treatments, natural blondes, and luxury blonding.

No color mixture is the same. Jen individually tailors products, formulas, timing, and service plans to meet each client's unique hair chemistry needs.

Her favorite part of the work is the reveal: watching someone recognize themselves in the mirror and walk out carrying it differently.
